Ravings from an e-commercen newbie
OK - so I've been handling the "online shopping cart" thing for a year now and don't feel like I know much more than I did when I started. Is it my age? Have I passed the age where I have the capacity to absorb new technology?
This should'nt be so hard. The product line is great, the prices are good and the customer service is outstanding. So what is holding it up? I nearly freaked when our daily hit count (according to Google AdWords) passed 100 for the first time. Of course, most of our products are industry specific (traffic control, parking control etc....). But still - I want to start seeing the hit numbers climbing into the high triple digits.
